New construction YGO retail site
Cordeel constructed a new retail site with parking facilities in Lier. The site was converted into a shopping zone with four retail outlets: a YGO home furnishings store, a Decathlon sports shop, De Abdij kitchens and AVA.

Striking façade
YGO can be recognised from afar by its yellow ochre façade. The large shopping area is spread over three floors which are connected by lifts and escalators in a central entrance hall. To optimise the use of space, Decathlon opted for a shop on the first floor with a covered parking facility on the ground floor.
