On December 12, the symbolic foundation stone was laid for the very first VDAB Career Campus in Roeselare, marking an important step in the further modernization and centralization of VDAB services in West Flanders. This unique project is being realized by the Build To Learn consortium, which was awarded the contract following an intensive 'design & build' process.

On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. The realization of this new building has been awarded to Team 't Noord, consisting of Cordeel Belgium, Van Roey, Binst architects, and AAVO architects.

In Evere, today the Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij (BGHM) and Comensia inaugurated 130 new social housing units. The Strijdros (Destrier) project, realized by Cordeel Belgium, not only comprises 130 social housing units but also a high-quality communal facility, featuring new premises for the Maison Coopérative Destrier.

A special moment yesterday at the 'Drie Eiken' site in Wilrijk. Less than a year after the start of the construction works, the project has reached its highest point, and thus, around 50 employees from Cordeel Belgium, POLO, Xior, LIFE, and Universiteit Antwerpen gathered for the Maypole celebration!

Cordeel is proud to announce that on November 23, the official commencement of construction was initiated for the redevelopment of the Brucargo Central zone, located in the cargo area at Brussels Airport.

Last Saturday, the renovated wing of AZ Zeno in Blankenberge was officially opened.

The foundation stone was laid in March 2021. Today, 18 months later, Living Tomorrow's new innovation campus was officially presented to the press. From Monday on, the general public can discover how we will work and live in 2030 thanks to new technological and sustainable developments.
