Maypole celebration Campus Drie Eiken

A special moment yesterday at the 'Drie Eiken' site in Wilrijk. Less than a year after the start of the construction works, the project has reached its highest point, and thus, around 50 employees from Cordeel Belgium, POLO, Xior, LIFE, and Universiteit Antwerpen gathered for the Maypole celebration!

Cordeel Belgium is constructing more than 300 student housing units on the site, spread across two buildings, along with a new restaurant and a sports hall. Sister companies Imtech, C-wood, Off Site Belgium, C-concrete, C-guard and C-fire are also contributing to this project.

The completion is scheduled for the summer of 2024.

New energy-neutral building for Antwerp's operational city services

On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. The realization of this new building has been awarded to Team 't Noord, consisting of Cordeel Belgium, Van Roey, Binst architects, and AAVO architects.

Social housing site 'Strijdros' officially inaugurated

In Evere, today the Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij (BGHM) and Comensia inaugurated 130 new social housing units. The Strijdros (Destrier) project, realized by Cordeel Belgium, not only comprises 130 social housing units but also a high-quality communal facility, featuring new premises for the Maison Coopérative Destrier.
