Construction of Budalys and Budabrug in Kortrijk
We were commissioned to build Budalys residential care home along with Budabrug underground car park on the Dam in Kortrijk. The care home has 48 apartments and a restaurant, a central kitchen, a gym, offices and a bicycle parking facility. We also laid out the surroundings for the complex.

Public-private partnership
The project was executed in the form of a public-private partnership (PPP) with Woon en Zorg H. Hart. Close collaboration and coordination between the two parties allowed for the building services, operational facilities and safety features to be implemented in such a way that the result was a clear win-win. This PPP has resulted in a highly sustainable investment that will benefit the residents of Budalys for now and many years to come.
