Plinius tourist park
This project involved the redevelopment of an existing urban park. Cordeel constructed an outdoor swimming pool, a tourist pavilion and a bicycle rental point with a café. We took care of the structural work as well as the technical facilities, water basins and water treatment system.

Sustainable design
The entire building was built with concrete and steel structures and clad with a concrete façade. For the swimming pools, we chose stainless steel basins that form a single welding unit with an integrated hydraulic system connected to a water treatment system. Another sustainable feature of the project concerns the installation of solar thermal collectors that help heat the swimming pool water as well as the hot water supply for the sanitary facilities within the complex.
