Residentiewijk DBFM project
Under the DBFM contract that Cordeel concluded with SCK•CEN and Vito, we have been tasked with the entire renovation of the modernist Residentiewijk in Mol, which was built in the 1950s. Cordeel will give more than 323 housing units a thorough facelift, including several beautiful buildings that have an important heritage value.

By installing a new heat network, intelligent indoor and outdoor LED lighting and electric charging stations for bicycles and cars, Residentiewijk, which is surrounded by nature, will have a fully green future. The entire infrastructure and surrounding area will be redesigned along with the mains pipes. Cordeel has also been tasked with the long-term maintenance (25 years) of the public domain and several important buildings.
