Highest Point Reached for Technical Cluster North in Antwerp

On Thursday, 25 June, TM Cordeel Belgium - Van Roey, together with AG Vespa, the City of Antwerp and all project partners, celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Technical Cluster North in Antwerp. This symbolic milestone marked the completion of the building's highest point, just ten months after construction began at the end of August 2025.

During the ceremony, the project team expressed its appreciation to the construction workers, designers and all project partners. Thanks to their craftsmanship, commitment and close collaboration, this important phase of the project was successfully completed.

Over the coming months, work will continue on the project. Shortly after the summer construction break, building sections B, A2 and A1 will be made wind- and watertight. By the end of September 2026, the structural works for the vehicle centre and the construction of the parking area will also be completed.

Technical Cluster North is being delivered by TM Cordeel Belgium - Van Roey on behalf of AG Vespa and the City of Antwerp, in collaboration with BINST ARCHITECTS, AAVO Architects, Arcade Groep, Daidalos Peutz Building Physics Engineers, Ivo Van Hoye, C-concrete and many other construction specialists.
