Febelco logistics centre
This design and build project involved the construction of a new, ultramodern logistics centre consisting of a fully-equipped office building with social areas, warehouses, loading and unloading zones and necessary infrastructure. Client Febelco supplies pharmacists throughout Belgium.

High-tech distribution centre
In addition to the structural work, finishing and surroundings, Cordeel was also responsible for all the technical systems: we built the fully air-conditioned warehouse with laboratory departments, cleanrooms and cooling and freezing units. The entire site can operate, almost independently of the supply of energy from the grid, on its own electricity and water system thanks to the onsite wind turbines and PV panels.
