Kuehne & Nägel Distribution Centre
Cordeel has built, in successive phases, a high-tech distribution centre spanning more than 77,000 m² in Geel. The warehouse consists of two large sub-zones, one for regular customers and the other for the pharmaceutical and health industry. This was a design and build project.

LEED Silver green building certification and TAPA C
Cordeel integrated numerous energy-saving measures, including heat pumps, energy-efficient HVAC systems and LED lighting. The necessary steps were taken to obtain TAPA C accreditation in the field of freight security, which is of great added value for high-tech customers and the pharmaceutical sector.
