New office complex for Gencor
This project involved the design, construction, funding and maintenance of a new nearly zero energy (NZE) office complex with an underground car park on two levels. The office space is spread across two rectangular buildings connected by a central entrance hall.

NZE building
The complex was designed and built (in collaboration with Imtech) to function as an NZE building. Concrete core activation with seasonal thermal energy storage was chosen as the basic climate control system. Energy is supplied by underground cold and heat storage for which two 50-metre deep wells were drilled on the site.
