Cordeel Group launches its 2022 sustainability report

Cordeel Belgium is investing in the Muysenhuys nature restoration project, which is giving nature and water back their space – a concrete step towards tackling the climate and biodiversity crisis.

Two years after the laying of the foundation stone, Brucargo Central was officially inaugurated today. We proudly look back on the realization of this landmark Design & Build project, which Cordeel, together with archipelago architects and VK architects+engineers, developed in record time on behalf of Brussels Airport.

With the symbolic groundbreaking on Thursday, October 2, in Mol, construction of PanTera’s Actinium Production Center (APC) has officially begun. Cordeel is building this groundbreaking project together with Willemen, SPIE, and Imtech within the TM WISICO consortium. As a construction partner, we are particularly proud to contribute to a project that will make a difference worldwide in the fight against cancer.

At the construction site of the new AZ Jan Portaels hospital in Vilvoorde, an important milestone has been reached: concrete pouring is in full swing. This marks the beginning of an intensive phase in the structural work of the hospital, which is taking shape as a modern and future-oriented healthcare facility.

On December 12, the symbolic foundation stone was laid for the very first VDAB Career Campus in Roeselare, marking an important step in the further modernization and centralization of VDAB services in West Flanders. This unique project is being realized by the Build To Learn consortium, which was awarded the contract following an intensive 'design & build' process.

On the Havanasite in the north of Antwerp, a new energy-neutral building will soon arise. It will serve as the main base for most of the operational services of the city of Antwerp. The realization of this new building has been awarded to Team 't Noord, consisting of Cordeel Belgium, Van Roey, Binst architects, and AAVO architects.
